Insurance are included:
Basic Waiver (BW) :Insurance coverage exclude 1st RM2,500.00 damages.
Excess Waiver (EW) :Acceptance of EW in additional to BW will further reduce the customer liability from RM2,500.00 excess RM600.00
Theft Waiver (TW) : This removes or reduces the renter’s liability for the attempted theft or theft of the rented vehicle. The waiver may carry an excess/deductible amount, which means that the renter will be liable for a certain amount of the value of the vehicle damaged or stolen, for example up to first MYR2,500 of the damage.
If the vehicle is stolen and the renter cannot return the key i.e. the renter was negligent and left the key in a prominent and vulnerable location, the renter may be liable for the full cost of the vehicle.
Terms & Condition for Rental
1) All our rental is based on 24hours.We will charge an additional day if your excess hour exceed 6 excess hour.
2) Delivery & collection charges vary with distance (free of charge for delivery and pick up at Low Cost Carrier Terminal (LCCT-Air Asia)
3) Petrol : The vehicle is supplied with a sufficient tank of unleaded petrol. Full tank will be supplied as per request. You are required to return the vehicle with same amount or will be charged at Global Aero Network Car Rental rate.
4) All parking fees and traffic fines incurred during the rental period will be the responsibility of the hirer.
5)Vehicle available is based on "first come first serve"basis.Which means we will not hold any vehicle for customer without any full details (refer to no 6).We will release the vehicle for the next customer with a details given to us
6) To make a reservation, we will need the following details:
- Full Name
- passport / NRIC number
- Home Address
- Contact No
- Date of Birth
- Driving license : Number , Expire Date & Issuing Country
- Credit card : Visa/MC/AMEX, number and expiry date (For main Hirer)
7) Payment - All major credit card will be imprint due to price rental.
8) Our vehicle can be driven either with an International driving license or driving license from Commonwealth Countries. The minimum age for driver is 20 years old.
9) For festive season I need you to reply as due soonest due to heavy booking on car rental.
10) No cancellation fee will be imposed if you had to cancel the booking and no hidden charges will be charged as per quotation.
